Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours in advance, or else a rescheduling/ cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged

Trip can be cancelled with no refunds if valid identification proof is not produced when requested
Session may be rescheduled by Luxury Yachts LLC in case of:
Bad weather or unforeseen circumstances
Any mechanical failure in the Flyboard, act of nature or coastal guard instructions
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment
Additional Terms:
Guests should comply with safety requirements as per UAE laws.
Any mishaps that occur due to non-compliance will be the sole responsibility of the guests
Any damage to the Flyboard or to any other assets of Luxury Yachts due to misuse by guests will be the sole responsibility of the guests and Luxury Yachts will have the right to seek financial compensation for it
