o Client is required to sign a waiver of disclaimer before he/she is allowed to use the quad bike.

Please Note:
· Each Land Cruiser consists of 6 passengers. If the group is less than 6, expect other people joining the car.
· The camp is located at Al Khatim Desert, on the way to Al Ain (Abu Dhabi).
· Pick up location is in any major hotels or malls in Abu Dhabi only.
· Children under 12 years old are chargeable due to the new UAE law requiring all children to have their own seat in the vehicle. Children under 4 y/o must be on a baby-seat/child-seat as per the law and will be charged based on our child rate.
· During the whole month of Ramadan, it will be a dry night in our camp. This means there will be no entertainment (belly dance show, tanoura dance show, music) and alcoholic drinks will not be available for purchase.
Booking Cancellation Policy:
· No charge will apply if booking will be cancelled on or before 11:00 AM on the day of the tour. Cancellation after 11:00 AM on the same day of pick up, booking is fully chargeable. For no show and last minute cancellation, booking will also be chargeable.
