  • How do I register myself on Living Kool?

When you visit the website - a pop-up will appear, where you can register by entering your first name, last name, email address, password and mobile number to create an account.

Or click on the Sign Up button and follow the same process.

  • Can I log in with Facebook?

Yes, you can. If you are logged in to your Facebook account on the same browser, you can select register with Facebook option.

  • Can I log in with Gmail?

Yes, you can. If you are logged in to your Google account on the same browser, you can select register with Gmail option.

  • How do I receive the latest deals?

Once you have registered on our website you will automatically subscribe to our mailers.

But if you are not an existing customer but want to register for the latest deals, you will see a subscribe button on website footer. Enter your email address to receive weekly newsletters about our latest offers.

Payment

  • How do I pay on Living Kool?

You can make a purchase by credit card or debit card on Living Kool to buy the best deals in Dubai and UAE.

  • If I have store credit how do I use it?

You will get store credit in Kool points, which means on check out you can redeem the points as payment against your purchase.

  • Can I purchase more than one deal at a time?

A registered user can purchase multiple deals daily but each deal is through a single Credit/Debit Card.

  • How much discount will I get on my deal?

The discount on each deal is decided by the company. Deals can be anywhere from 10% up to 90% off

Redemption

  • How do I use a voucher after purchase?

After making a purchase, you will receive an email with your voucher. Your voucher will all the redemption details on it. Follow the details to use the deal.
Your voucher is also available under My Account > My Orders. You must be signed in to your account to view and download the voucher. 

  • What if I don’t get an email?

In case you don’t receive the email, check your Spam/Junk mail. You can also add our email ID to your safe list to ensure it doesn’t miss your inbox next time. Meanwhile the voucher will be available under My Account section on the website.

  • Is there a validity period for the use of the deals?

All deals must be used within the validity period mentioned in the offer. The discount cannot be availed after the validity period and the voucher becomes invalid. No refunds.

General Queries

  • How many users have to purchase a deal for it to be activated?

The number of buyers needed to activate each deal is also decided by the company presenting the deal. Some deals will be activated through the purchase of less than 10 buyers whilst others will need more.

  • If a deal remains inactivated or falters, what will happen to my money?

A refund or store credit will be provided, in case a vendor does not deliver on your purchased deal.

  • Can I purchase a deal and send it off as a gift?

Living Kool offers you the chance to buy a limited number of gift vouchers daily.

  • Can a voucher be refunded for cash?

No. All vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
